I am currently studying the benefits of an ACF in European policy-making process. To be more precise, I am studying how regional offices in Europe have become an instrument of meta-governance for regional governments to unravel national state authority through informal governance in a multi-level system of governance. In other words, I have demonstrated that territorial mobilization in Europe have shifted from an imagery of European governance traditionally depicted by the imagery of MLGI towards an imagery of governance depicted by MLG II.
