My recent research evaluated the Equal Employment Opportunity Law in Japan after its 20 year renewal in 2006, in order to assess participants and outcomes, as well as the differences between this law and the earlier one in 2006. Additional research and writing addresses the impact of women and representation in Japan and Taiwan. I am currently analyzing the model child care policy in the US military and the failure of this excellent program to gain wider adoption in the US as a whole. Additionally I am writing and lecturing on "womenomics" as proposed by japan's prime minister Abe in 2015
