Professor Schultz is the author/editor of more than 30 books, 12 legal treatises, and 100 articles on topics including civil service reform, election law, eminent domain, constitutional law, public policy, legal and political theory, and the media and politics. Currently he is the editor of the Journal of Public Affairs Education, and sits on the editorial boards for Election Law Journal, Journal of Public Integrity, and Social Science Studies.
